Our hope is to connect people with nature and encourage wellbeing.
Enjoy a private or shared sauna, followed by a refreshing dip in the sea or cold water.

We open 2 hours either side of high tide every day. In the evenings from 17:30 – 20:30 (regardless of the point in the tide) every day.
This spot is a gem, especially two hours either side of high tide. We’ll be here whenever the weather and tide are in our favour. The spot is beachside, offering close proximity to the sea as well as stunning views of the Menai Strait and the Carneddau Mountain Range. There is free parking next to the spot but no public toilets so come prepared!
