This is a fantastic location!
We open 2 hours before and 2 hours after high tide on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Evening sessions run 17:30–20:30 on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, whatever the tide.
Open every day during easter holidays, May half term and bank holidays .
It is a wonderful venue for proximity to the sea and the spectacular view of the Menai Strait and the Carneddau Mountain Range.
IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO SAUNA OUTSIDE OF THE HOURS ON THE WEBSITE, NO PROBLEM, JUST SEND US AN EMAIL OR PHONE US AND WE AIM TO BE AS FLEXIBLE AS POSSIBLE. IT IS ENTIRELY POSSIBLE TO SWIM AT ANY POINT OF THE TIDE HERE AND THERE IS ALWAYS FRESH WATER ONSITE IF YOU CHOOSE NOT TO SWIM.
There is parking in close proximity but no toilets or changing facilities, so come ready!
