Refund Policy

For sauna sessions and events

  • In the unlikely event that we cancel a booking, you will be notified by email/mobile and refunded.
  • We do not refund “no shows”. You may cancel your booking up to 48 hours in advance which can be done by letting us know via the contact page on our website citing your booking order number.
  • Cedar Hut Sauna operators reserve the right to refuse admission to intoxicated persons or for other reasons that may be deemed a health and safety risk. Refunds will not be offered to anyone refused admission.
